A Normandy Windmill

I photographed this traditional windmill in 2013 when staying in France with my wife Pam. There are several villages adjacent to the Cotentin west coast that we had become familiar with during the previous ten years or so. Whilst I suspect no longer in use this building was clearly loved by the local community who had restored and maintained it. We saw others in the area clearly of the same design.
